John C. Gautreau, II, CPA, CEPA
John Gautreau, Founder of NextGenExitPlan, LLC, works alongside owners of privately held companies to maximize their business’ value and execute a successful, smooth transition plan. John adds value to clients by helping boost sales and helping business owners understand their options and craft a transition plan that is right for them and their unique situations. In addition to being a Certified Public Account (CPA) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), John has served in a number of operation capacities throughout his career, including 10 years as a CEO and 35 years a Managing Partner. John is passionate about educating and empowering clients to make well-informed decisions, while keeping ethics, integrity and objectiveness at the forefront of his work.
